PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

According to the IEEE policy, all presenters must register for the conference. The papers will not be released for publication in the Conference Proceedings or scheduled for presentation unless the registration fee is paid. In addition, articles that are not presented will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Note that the registration deadline for authors might be before the general registration deadline.

The authors will be notified if their papers have been selected for a presentation at the forum or poster sessions. Presenters and session chairs coordinate the duration and sequence of each presentation. The presenters must use the “Guidelines for PowerPoint slides can be found here“.

A transaction paper presenter, whenever the presentation is found relevant by the TPC, must follow the same guidelines.
