The organization committee expects at least one of the authors to register and show up to present their paper when it is accepted for publication. According to the “no show policy” of the conference, the local organizers remove any paper from the final proceedings if the paper is not presented as expected.
It is expected that the presenters of the accepted papers pay their registration fees before the “early-bird” deadline. Otherwise, due to organizational difficulties, their papers may not be visible in the conference program or in the proceedings distributed during the conference.
The organization committee expects to receive at least one registration per accepted paper. In exceptional situations, the organization committee permits a maximum of two presentations made by a single person with an additional fee (see below).
An author’s participation will be confirmed only after they complete online registration, fee payment and a copyright transfer.
